Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
This includes production and quality control prior to shipment.

Custom-made products may require the full processing time.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 1–3 business days

  • Europe (EU): 2–4 business days (depending on destination country)

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or external factors beyond our control.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

European Union

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes, as we ship from within the EU.

United States

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.

All customs fees and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lasartify has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes for orders above £135, in accordance with UK import regulations.

Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Canada

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties and taxes as determined by Canadian authorities.

Any additional charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Other Countries

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations.

We recommend checking your country’s official customs or government website for the most accurate information.
