Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard (non-custom) products.
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be unused and in the same condition as received

in its original packaging
-
with proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products (Important)
Because we specialize in custom acrylic logos and made-to-order designs, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

personalized logos
-
custom dimensions, colors, materials or mounting options
-
products made based on customer-approved designs
Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
If you’re unsure, contact us before production starts — we’re happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:

damaged
-
defective
-
or incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@lasartify.com, including photos of:
-
the product
-
the packaging
-
the shipping label
We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is eligible for return, the fastest option is:

return the original item
-
place a new order separately
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return non-custom products within 14 days, without providing a reason.
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
